1. Introduction Welcome to The Catholic Psychotherapist. By enrolling in our coaching programme for overcoming depression ("Programme"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This Programme integrates modern psychotherapeutic concepts with Catholic doctrine and teaching. It is designed for educational and personal development purposes and is not a substitute for professional psychological/psychiatric treatment or medication.


2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Programme.

  • This Programme is open to individuals seeking guidance and education but does not replace medical or psychological treatment.

  • By enrolling, you confirm that you are responsible for your own well-being and decision-making.


3. Nature of the Programme

  • This Programme is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

  • It is intended for educational purposes, promoting self-awareness and growth using a combination of psychotherapeutic principles and Catholic teachings.

  • The Programme does not diagnose any mental health condition.

  • Participants are encouraged to seek professional help when necessary.

  • Enrolling in this Programme does not create a therapist-client relationship.

  • We make no guarantees regarding specific results, as personal growth depends on individual effort and circumstances.

5. Confidentiality

  • While we respect participant privacy, we cannot guarantee complete confidentiality in group discussions or shared content.

  • Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of others and maintain confidentiality regarding shared experiences.

  • We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe there is an imminent risk of harm.


6. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Fees for the Programme must be paid in full before accessing content.

  • No refunds will be issued once access is granted, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Participants must engage respectfully with instructors and other participants.
